 To sort data by multiple columns, select your dataset, go to the Data tab, click Sort, and add levels for each column (e.g., first by date, then by sales). This is called multi-level sorting and helps organize complex datasets. 


 Select your data, go to the Data tab, and click Remove Duplicates. Excel will prompt you to choose columns to check for duplicates. This is a quick way to clean your dataset. 


 Use Text to Columns (under the Data tab) to split data like full names or addresses into separate columns. Choose Delimited (for commas, spaces) or Fixed Width (for consistent spacing).

Use Data Validation (under the Data tab) to create drop-down lists. Select List in the settings and enter your options (e.g., Yes, No) or reference a range of cells.

Select your data, go to the Home tab, and click Conditional Formatting. Choose from options like Data Bars, Color Scales, or Icon Sets to highlight trends and outliers.

The #DIV/0! error occurs when dividing by zero. Use the IFERROR function (e.g., =IFERROR(A1/B1, "Error")) to display a custom message instead of the error. 


Combine Pivot Tables, Charts, and Form Controls (like Combo Boxes) to build dashboards. Use Slicers to filter data dynamically and Sparklines for compact visuals. 


The Offset function returns a reference to a range based on a starting point, rows, and columns. For example, =OFFSET(A1, 2, 1) returns the value two rows down and one column to the right of A1. 


 Right-click a value in your Pivot Table and select Group. For dates, choose days, months, or years. For numbers, set intervals (e.g., 0-100, 101-200). 


Use a Stacked Bar Chart to create a Gantt chart. Enter task names, start dates, and durations, then format the chart to show timelines.
